Documentary on the Vienna Opera production of Halevy’s “La Juive” ( The Jewess). Follows famed tenor Neil Shicoff as he prepares for the role of his career. Behind the scenes rehearsals at the Vienna State Opera, at the Metropolitan Opera archives in New York, and making the video of the opera with famed director Sidney Lumet.
